Chicken Teriyaki Ramen Noodle Bowl

Chicken Teriyaki Ramen Noodle Bowl

Ramen noodles don’t always have to be a quick cheap lunchtime go to. With not much more time and just a couple more ingredients you can actually transform those noodles into an unbelievable Chicken Teriyaki Noodle Bowl! As you’ve heard me mention before, I’m a big fan of Pinterest, and thanks to my little obsession I can share this recipe directly from EverydayCooking.GoodCook.com.

The recipe is honestly great on its own, but I do have a couple recommendations. First, I like to use about a pound to a pound and a half chicken tenderloins. Secondly, I add a couple chopped red and orange peppers, along with some fresh broccoli flowerets. This entire recipe can be made start to finish in one pot and under a half hour. Enjoy!
